Sponsored Video: Dublin and Why You Should Visit

Dublin is, without a doubt, one of the world’s great cities and it’s among my favourite places to visit. Is it my second favourite city? Hmm… perhaps! This video certainly does the hard sell on ‘2nd Best’ and I, for one, think Dublin ranks at or close to the top of my list of best cities in the world for a variety of reasons.

I always look forward to a cheerful welcome, a pint of Guinness, and each time I visit I feel almost instantly at home. Friendly people, great beer – what more could I ask for, really? Well… music is another things that’s important to me when I visit a new city and I’d argue that few places in the world are better than Dublin for live music of an extremely high quality at almost every pub you look in, almost every night of the week.

Oh, and the pubs! Irish pubs (or their dubious imitations) have spread all across the world and are always a great place for some fun in a cozy environment. So where better than Ireland to relax at an Irish pub? Nowhere! I know for sure that they have to rank at number one for Irish pubs!

But even if Dublin is a close number two for a lot of reasons, that’s still pretty impressive and I can vouch for Ireland’s capital city as a great place for a weekend getaway or as the start for a longer trip around this amazing country.
